Jiangxi Mingxin takes technology as the core support in the field of crushing and recycling waste lead-acid batteries and has established a full-process refined and intelligent system. It adopts a closed process of "hook-type heavy hammer crusher + hydraulic separation" to achieve accurate separation of battery casings, lead grids and lead paste. The recovery rate of lead paste reaches 99.5% and the purity of plastic exceeds 98%, which is far higher than the industry average. Combined with the "ammonium carbonate conversion - silicofluoric acid leaching - electrolytic deposition" hydrometallurgical process, the purity of lead is increased to more than 99.9%, avoiding the problem of sulfur dioxide emissions from traditional pyrometallurgical processes. At the same time, it has introduced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system and AI (Artificial Intelligence) visual sorting technology to realize fully automated production, with efficiency increased by 40% compared with manual operation. The independently developed complete set of equipment has obtained 3 national invention patents, and its technical parameters have reached the international advanced level.


At the economic value level, the enterprise realizes synergistic efficiency relying on resource recycling and large-scale operation. For every 1 ton of waste lead-acid batteries processed, 0.8 tons of lead, 0.15 tons of plastic and 0.05 tons of sulfuric acid can be recovered, with the direct material value reaching 12,000 yuan. Moreover, the production cost of recycled lead is only 30% of that of primary lead, and its market price is 10%-20% lower. The recovered PP (Polypropylene) and ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) plastics can be used in the production of battery casings and auto parts after granulation, and the by-product ammonium sulfate fertilizer is connected to the agricultural market, forming a closed loop of "resource - product - recycled resource". In addition, the unit energy consumption of the 100,000-ton annual processing modular production line is 25% lower than that of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the comprehensive cost per ton of lead is 800-1,200 yuan lower, showing a significant cost reduction effect through large-scale operation.


In terms of environmental and social benefits, the enterprise has achieved the whole-life-cycle pollution control and industry empowerment. In terms of environmental protection, after the waste acid is treated by the "sulfide precipitation + ion exchange" process, the lead ion concentration is reduced to less than 1mg/L, the dust concentration in the workshop is controlled within 1mg/m³ (which is better than the national standard of 8mg/m³), and the lead leaching concentration of solid waste is lower than 0.25mg/L. The production energy consumption of recycled lead is only 30% of that of primary lead, and the annual processing of 100,000 tons of batteries can reduce CO₂ emissions by 420,000 tons (equivalent to shutting down a 100,000-kilowatt thermal power plant). Furthermore, the enterprise fully complies with the requirements of policies such as the Code for the Regeneration of Lead Industry.
