This sturdy twin shaft shredder (double shaft shredder) is designed for longevity and versatility; along with hazardous waste, it economically processes sheet metal, electronic scrap, sheet metal barrels, all sorts of containers for liquids.

MX Series twin shaft shredder can handle a wide range of solid waste. Compared to single shaft shredder, this series has lower speed, higher torque, and higher efficiency. It excels in size reducing industrial waste, MSW, electronic waste, waste household appliances and other mixed wastes. Its structure is relatively compact and maintenance-friendly with a maintenance door that provides full access to the crushing chamber and bearing housing.

Because double shaft shredder is screenless, it is often used as primary shredding, and its shredded particle size depends on the blade thickness.

Knife adopts high alloy steel 42CrMo with high strength and toughness.

Blade of D-rotor and OM rotor adopts D2 steel, and knife adopts 42CrMo steel.

The main electrical components of dual shaft shredder are trusted brands such as Siemens and Schneider.

Auto-reverse system re-orients rotor direction when motor overload & material jam.

Pusher Ram is optional for hollow and gigantic materials.
