Double layer shaker usually refers to a shaker equipment with a two-layer structure. According to its different uses, it can be mainly divided into two categories: mineral processing double-layer shaker and laboratory double-layer shaker:

Structural composition:
Bed surface: Generally made of fiberglass or high-quality wood, covered with wear-resistant materials such as rubber or plastic, and equipped with ribs or grooves to optimize the movement trajectory of mineral particles.

Bedhead: Composed of a motor, eccentric wheel, and connecting rod, it provides stable reciprocating motion power for the bed surface.
Feeding device: Ensure that the slurry can be evenly and stably distributed on the bed surface.
Slope adjustment device: used to adjust the slope of the bed surface to meet different mineral processing needs.
Working principle: The slurry is evenly spread on the bed surface through the feeding device. Under the combined action of reciprocating motion of the bed surface and flushing water, the mineral particles are naturally layered according to density, with heavy minerals tightly attached to the bed surface and light minerals floating on the upper layer. The guide strip guides the mineral particles to move in a specific direction, ultimately causing heavy minerals to aggregate at the concentrate end and light minerals to flow towards the tailings end, achieving effective separation of minerals.
Characteristics and advantages: small footprint, large processing capacity, energy-saving, relatively low equipment cost, high ore concentration ratio, high sorting efficiency, easy supervision, and convenient adjustment of stroke and flushing. When changing the lateral slope and stroke, the bed surface can still maintain running balance. The spring is placed inside the box, with a compact structure, and can obtain the final concentrate and tailings at once.
Application areas: Widely used for the separation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, and other rare and precious metal ores, as well as for the separation of iron, manganese ore, and coal. It can be used for different operations such as coarse selection and sweep selection, and for the separation of different particle sizes such as coarse sand, fine sand, and mineral mud.

Structural composition: It usually consists of a shaker frame, shaker box, shaking mechanism, temperature control system, and control panel. The rocking bed frame is the supporting structure of the entire equipment, made of metal materials; The shaker box is used to accommodate experimental samples and is often made of transparent materials for easy observation of experiments; The shaking mechanism is generally driven by a motor, including components such as a motor, reducer, and linkage mechanism, to ensure smooth and even shaking of the shaking table; The temperature control system includes temperature sensors, temperature regulators, heating elements, etc., used to control temperature; The control panel includes a digital display screen and operation buttons for easy operation.
Working principle: Real time monitoring and control of the temperature of the upper and lower layers are achieved through built-in temperature sensors and control systems. The heating and cooling devices adjust the temperature of each layer according to demand to provide a constant cultivation temperature. At the same time, the shaking table platform provides shaking function through an electric motor or magnetic driver, allowing the sample to be uniformly shaken under constant temperature conditions, promoting oxygen and nutrient supply to cultured cells, and increasing reaction rate.
