Description

The MX-300 separates copper wire from its plastic coating. The cables and wires are then cut into pellets. By means of an air-flow gravity sorting system, the copper pellets are guided away from the insulation (copper is heavy, plastic is light). The grains are fed into different boxes. The airflow sorts out the copper with a purity of 99.9%.

The process is relatively quiet, as we partially soundproof the components. A self-cleaning dust collection system reduces maintenance time and eliminates dust.
