Small Channel Steel Shaking Table

The small channel steel shaking table is a type of 6-S gravity concentrator. It uses a welded channel steel frame, offering stable structure and easy installation, making it widely used in small and medium-sized mineral processing plants.

Working Principle
Through the combined action of differential reciprocating motion (slow forward, fast backward) and lateral water flow, minerals of different densities are stratified and form clear zones on the deck: heavy minerals move longitudinally to the concentrate end, while light minerals are washed to the tailings side.
