It swallows up the leaking battery packs, scrapped modules, and remaining battery cells, completing the four-step process of "discharging - crushing - low-temperature evaporation - multi-stage sorting" in 30 minutes.
Copper, aluminum, and steel shells are lined up like soldiers, and black powders (Li, Co, Ni, Mn) are enriched to a 98% grade. Plastic separators are directly granulated and put on the market.
The entire line operates under negative pressure, with DCS interlocking. The dust concentration is 1 mg/m³, and VOCs emissions are nearly zero.
With a modular capacity of 0.5–2 tons per hour, orders can be placed today and shipped tomorrow, with a 3-day commissioning period and a 4-day payback period that's clearly visible.
Battery recycling begins with this line, allowing urban mines to "grow" on their own.
