When a photovoltaic panel reaches the end of its lifespan, separating the metal from the glass is often more challenging than installing it. We have launched a semi-automatic solar panel aluminum frame disassembling machine, replacing manual brute force with "human-machine collaboration" — completing the separation of a single aluminum frame in 30 seconds, increasing production capacity by 3 times in a single shift, with an aluminum loss rate of 1% and a glass integrity rate of 95%. The entire machine only occupies a space of 1.6 m x 1.1 m, and can be plugged and used directly with 220 V household electricity; it can quickly switch between 35 mm and 50 mm standard aluminum frame heights without the need to replace molds. The foot-operated pneumatic clamping and PLC stroke control allow one person to operate, eliminating the high-risk actions of "prying, smashing, and bending". Optional dust extraction interfaces can be directly connected to central dust collection systems, preventing aluminum chips from flying everywhere. The separated aluminum frames are intact and undeformed, allowing them to be directly packaged and melted, while the glass can be directly entered into the subsequent silicon extraction process, truly achieving high-value recycling. Semi-automation is the best balance between full efficiency and low cost; aluminum frame disassembly is the first profit gateway in photovoltaic recycling. Leave the most difficult step to us, allowing decommissioned power stations to quickly realize monetization and ensuring that every piece of aluminum "frames" its value.
